I knew the priest who worked on The Exorcist. He was a Jesuit.
The Devil and Father Amorth, is a good documentary. It’s directed by William Friedkin, the director of the Exorcist. He follows Father Amorth while he performs an exorcism on a woman.
One very good movie about Exorcisms is the 2000 movie Possessed. It tells the real story of the Exorcist that happened at St Alexian Hospital in St Louis in 1949. The priest that performed the exorcism was the Pastor of St Xavier Church the Parish at St Louis University.
There’s also two documentaries about this case ass well. One is called In the Grip of Evil and the other is called The Haunted Boy. I’ve seen the first one which I believe the assistant priest is interviewed. I have not seen the 2nd one. Now I’m going to say a few Our Father’s and a couple two three Hail Mary’s because this stuff creeps me out
