  1. Scott A Corrao says:

I was baptized in the Catholic Church in 1970, but by the time I was seven, my parents had transitioned to the Episcopal Church. After college, I moved to South Carolina (originally a Cleveland boy), and when my wife and I got married 28 years ago, I became Baptist.

We had four kids and moved to Georgia to Texas and back again. Throughout all that time, I honestly felt sorry for Catholics, I thought they “didn’t get it” and were being misled.

But everything changed two years ago when we took a trip to Rome. Something happened there, something I still can’t fully explain. I was overwhelmed by the love, reverence, and devotion people had for the Church. It stirred something in me.

I began reading more about Catholicism; reluctantly at first, kicking and screaming, really. I’d see something on TikTok or Instagram Reels, convinced it couldn’t be true… but time after time, it was. That led me to devour books by Scott Hahn, Brant Pitre, the early Church Fathers, and then eventually to your show.

Once I found it, I went all the way back to the beginning—I wanted to get to know each of you—and it’s been incredible. Yesterday, I officially signed up to begin RCIA classes, and I can’t wait to be a fully practicing Catholic.

Thank you for what you do. I’m praying for each of you and your families as you walk through the struggles you’ve shared. May our Holy Mother comfort you, and may God continue to bless your ministry.

    With gratitude,
    Scott Corrao

Good evening Ryan, Jen and your 7 wonderful children, I live in Baltimore, MD and have been following Jen’s journey since your show a few years ago. I cannot finacially contribute but I am contributing in prayers; decades of the Rosary via groups on the Rosario App and currently, ongoing 48h Intentions on Hosana. The response from my prayer warrior friends from across the globe has been humbling. Thank you for sharing Jen and your family’s passion for the Surrender Novena. In closing, Jen … your smile amidst your suffering is inspiring. I hope to one day be able to chat with you in heaven … may the wings of your Guardian Angel lift you up and carry you to heaven, your eternal home. Yes, Ryan can care for your children. Have a Blessed Journey Home …
