People who have allergies and asthma cannot attend masses where there is incense because of not being able to breathe. People who do not have breathing problems are unable to empathize with what it feels like to not be able to breathe. If you are able to enjoy the incense, please thank our Lord for that ability. Thank goodness my family is able to attend a mass that is incense-free. Better incense-free than having to go to the ER.
